Order Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled before it is shipped. Please send an email to info@charcoalbasket.com to cancel your order.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our products. If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your product you can return your item and we will refund you the original cost of the item minus shipping. If you would like to return an item please email us at info@charcoalbasket.com.
Warranty
Beyond 30 days we offer a 6 month warranty on our products. If you have problems within 6 months of purchase not due to neglect or misuse, please email us at info@charcoalbasket.com and we will repair your item for free.

Due to variable conditions, we cannot guarantee our product's performance. The statements made on this site are based on our own experiences and may not be attainable by other users. However, we feel they are easily reached and if you are not satisfied with your product please return within 30 days for a refund.

Our charcoal baskets are made using expanded steel, which has a tendency to create sharp, jagged edges. We are not responsible for personal , or damage to your property as a result of mishandling our product.
